CSSI has secure systems, monitors access and logs all activity so as to commit to maintaining the confidentiality and security of our client’s business information. All information shared with CSSI or collected through our relationship is considered confidential.

Confidential information includes:

  • Non public business information relating to a client that CSSI obtains through its provision of products or services to the client.
  • Non-public personal information relating to a client that CSSI obtains through its provision of products or services to the client.
  • This information may be obtained through direct contact with a client  and/or through CSSI online or web portals, or registration forms.

CSSI will not use any client’s confidential information for any purpose except to provide services to that client. CSSI deploys a security level access to client data and only individuals who require that information in the course of providing a product or service to the client have the respective access. CSSI also employs and performs random polygraph testing on staff to maintain this initegrity.

CSSI has in place physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard client non-public information from unauthorised disclosure,  With respect to website privacy, CSSI maintains Internet specific practices to maintain security of client information, including but not limited to, firewall barriers, encryption, and authentication procedures.
