If a CSSI purchased product should fail, we will assess the device and repair or replace the unit according to our terms and conditions. Should the device have been subject to physical damage, is dably scratched, dented, opened, screws missing or electrical surge resulted in the failure, the warranty will be void.

What to do next?

  1. Download the RMA form here.
  2. Please complete the form, attach proof of purchase and email it to us.
  3. We will contact you back with which is the closest office to deliver or ship your device for repair or replacement. We strive to respond within 24 hours.
  4. After receiving your device, within 72 hours we will assess, repair, or replace your device. If you had shipped your unit to us, we will ship it back to you on our account, otherwise we will email you when ready to collect.

Warranty options:

CSSI has a standard one year warranty from date of invoice. We offer options for up to 5 years. Extended warranties are available upon request, and will be stated on the invoice.

Please keep your invoice and record of purchase as proof of ownership. Only the agent, reseller or client purchasing the stock can issue a return to our company.
